¡Quiubo! After many years of dreaming about changing careers and owning a restaurant, I finally made it happen. It took moving across the country to do some real soul searching. I reflected on everything my momma taught me, and began blending traditional childhood recipes with bold, new flavors. Before I knew it, demand was growing. With the love and support of my children, we took the next big step and opened Luna’s Mexican Grill in March 2025.

I’m not a culinary expert or a trained chef. I’m just someone with a deep love for my culture and a passion for sharing good food. I hope you enjoy my heritage cooking as much as I enjoy serving it.
